Autumn is nearing its beautiful end, and I have so much to share. In October, I went to the pumpkin farm with a couple of friends for a socially-distanced visit. It was a lovely, bright afternoon and the perfect day to frolic around and explore my favorite pumpkin patch.

Isn’t it the most beautiful and unique pumpkin patch you’ve ever seen? It’s surprisingly cozy, but they fit so many different things into their urban farm. From a variety of dahlias, decorations, bees, rabbits, hay bales, persimmon and fig trees, roosters, and last but not least, pumpkins… this farm has it all.
I was very excited for the pumpkin patch this year, as it would be one of our only outings of the season, so of course I had to wear something festive! I picked out a rust-colored jumpsuit from Old Navy, and it paired well with the pumpkins.
After much deliberation, we had picked our pumpkins and made our way home with our gourd-geous, colorful loot.

We carved our pumpkins as Jack from Animal Crossing and a ghost this year.
My husband and I dressed up as Mrs. Maisel and Lenny Bruce from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (and real life comedian Lenny) and we were even featured on Rachel Brosnahan’s stories and the official Instagram page for the show (cue internal fangirl screaming)!
We loved emulating two of our favorite characters, and we already can’t wait for next Halloween and all the fun it will bring.
That’s all for tonight, folks.
“My name is Mrs. Maisel, thank you and goodnight!”
xoxo
